When you are looking at buying a pair of new riding boots with laces, there are a couple of things to consider first.
#1 Eyehook Type
Some lace-up boots come with plastic hooks, and others come with metal. Metal lace hooks are generally more durable, so if you are doing a lot of riding, boots with this hook might suit you better.
#2 Do They Have a Zipper
Some lace-up paddock boots have a zipper that runs up the back. This gives you the benefit of putting your boots on easily and tightening them for maximum support.
